About the Role
Our Residential Agents specialize in helping clients buy and sell homes using Surrealty’s modern marketing and flat-fee listing strategies. You’ll leverage top-tier tech, mentorship, and our statewide network to close more deals — faster.

What You’ll Do

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the home-sale process
  
  
• Market listings using Surrealty’s flat-fee and social-driven campaigns
  
  
• Manage pipeline and communication inside our CRM
  
  
• Collaborate with team members on showings, contracts, and negotiations

Requirements
